Incognito exists to break geography and genre alike: a global vision of multidisciplinary artistry, spanning continents and colliding visions from around the world.

Our roots stretch back to the infamous Well Sensered collective of Melbourne, a group that reshaped the underground dining scene with radical, multi-course culinary assaults for over a decade.
